NOTICE of APPLICATION for a PUBLICAN’S LICENSE. — To the Bench of Magistrates at Melbourne.  I, Mrs. JAMES DREW, widow, now residing at No. 9 Bank-street, Emerald Hill, in the colony of Victoria, do hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to the Justices sitting at the Court of Petty  Sessions to be holden at Melbourne, on the twenty fifth, day of November, for a CERTIFICATE authorising the issue of a PUBLICANS LICENSE for a house situated at the corner of Spencer and Dudley streets, West Melbourne. The house contains two sitting and two bedrooms, exclusive of those required for the use of my family. The house is built of bluestone and brick, and has never been licensed, and is rented by me from John Crabtree, of Spencer-street, and to be known as the Carron Hotel. The eighth day of November, A.D. 1870. AGNSS DREW.
