Heritage Significance and Listings

Heritage Listings and Explanatory Notes

The modern low-rise repurposing of this ‘interwar’ era industrial building into residences is a useful display of sustainability and it demonstrates appreciation for maintaining and blending existing valued architecture. However, the lack of provision for open garden space on this site was a mistake, it could have been incorporated in the overall design to be a truly effective outcome for all stakeholders.
