City Parking Problems
J. V. FITZGERALD (1/5) suggests that heavy carting should be done at night to reduce city congestion in the daytime.
All we need is that wharf workers, railwaymen, store-men, liftmen and, of course, truck drivers should become owls.
Hotels would have to be open at night with the beer arriving after dark. Simplification itself— or is it?
