Shows, from the left, Avalon Guest House (formerly Kings Arms Hotel), ‘Loren’ a two storey prefabricated iron building, an unusual timber duplex, a double fronted house and a two storey house. Only the former hotel is extant in its original position. Loren was reassembled at Old Gippstown, Moe.
